Exercises with an Out of Commission Ankle
There are a number of chair exercises on YouTube. Some are very slow pace so you'll have to find the one for you. I injured my ankle in October and reinjured it in November by starting excises too soon. I did a lot of fast pace exercises in the chair and floor. Good luck.

How to Enter Nutrition Info Manually?
Do a search for Banana Nut Muffins. Scroll to the bottom and click 'add custom foods'. It will ask you to enter the Food Mfg. name or enter as your own recipe. From here you can enter calories and nutrition. You only need to enter the required values. It will ask you if you want to share or not share to food data base. Good luck.

Confession of a 41 year old Dieter
I'm guilty. When my eating gets out of control I'll stop entering. Trying not to do that though, because I need the historical info to know what my body requires to lose weight. Honesty is best for us on this journey even when it hurts. Good luck.
