I am a 30-year-old female, mom of 4 boys, ages 12, 8, 5, and 1. I work at home, 40 hours or more a week, doing medical transcription. I love my accomplishments, but would like to lose 20 to 30 pounds. Wish me luck!

Coffee
New here today, all I drink is my morning coffee (reg), 1-2 diet Mtn Dew a day and the rest is Crystal Light (or generic brand found at Wal-Mart). I have not noticed a difference, but it may depend on your body, just chage everything to diet or sweetener sweetened drinks and see what happens. However, there is caffeine-free coffee and caffeine-free diet soda, if you just can't give it up, and I see no harm in that if it is caffeine free. I might go that direction and just see if there are any differences in the weight loss or the ketosis color on the tester.
