Hii everone on FS, sorry for being so inactive. I have been counting calories but not giving any updates. I am all good, obviously not perfect but getting much better and I am eating lots of new foods. Therapy is going quite well, I am still having my bad days here and there and getting very tired. But I guess that is just life. i hope all the lovely people on here are happy and healthy!

hii, so that everyone knows I will not be updating my weight a lot since my parents have taken away my weighing scale. Although the doctor said I am 52 kg, i will not put that down. just because I base my weight on my weighing scale which may be a bit different.

Really challenged myself by eating new foods that my eating disorder usually doesn't allow me to eat. I am feeling much happier today with more energy! My calories are still low but definitely a bit more protein.
