Update
Well it is day 13 since I have started over. I did the week one Jillian workout 6 days and am doing week 2 now and tonight will be my 5th workout night. I am down 3 lbs and am following a healthy eating plan. I am taking one day off per week from working out. I have also been supplementing my workouts with dog walks a few time a week usually walking about a 1-1/2. I'm on the right path and I am pumped!!! Wish me continued success

starting over
Well, new year and time to begin again! This last year has brought several trials and tribulations, starting with disability for my husband, back surgery and the loss of his father. All highly stressful emotional situations. Along with this came tendency to relax with wine almost every night and lack of good quality fat burning exercise. I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life which is 140.2. and 5"3".
I am turning over the new leaf today. My husband bet me $1,000 bucks that I can't lose 10 lbs by his birthday which is March 5th! I am motivated and am starting Jillian Michaels fit in 30 after work this evening...Wish me luck
