Slimquick
I just did the slimquick 7 day clense. (Def. stay close to a restroom.) With the combo of doing that and just starting Atkins I lost 8lbs in a week. Now I'm doing the slimquick with Hoodia, not seeing any change in the last couple of days. I probably won't buy it again. I don't see where it gives me more energy or curbs my appetite.
Did try the free drink mix that came with it, and not bad flavor, did give a little burst of energy.

Am I eating enough?
Wish I would have read this post before posting something similar not but a couple minutes a go! All these responses helped me. I don't think I'm eating enough points some days.

you know compared to a serving of weight watcher candies in calories and fat, why not just eat a 3 musketeers??? lol... I haven't but I'm just pondering here. lmao...
