I've been a vegetarian for just over 20 years. Three years ago I began food-combining (still veggie),as my weight had crept up & I just wanted to eat more natural,un-adulterated foods & began to lose weight. Three months later,I had orthodontic braces fitted for two & a half years, due to quite irregular teeth & my weight-loss was dramatic!(In five months I had lost 21 pounds) I was really happy with my physique & continued food-combining.Then a year & a half ago I changed my career, working longer hours, learning new skills & working night shifts which wreaks havoc with the metabolism & as food-combining is really restrictive, I wasn't following the guidelines properly so for the past six months I have become aware of a definite 'wobble' when I walk & run which I don't like. I had to do something about it, a week ago I found the Fat Smash Diet & I liked the look of it so I began 4 days ago. It's really simple, which I like,it's easy for a veggie to follow & I can fit it in with what my husband is eating too.
