I’m doing keto and intermediate fast, I’m not loosing a lot of pounds fast but my waist line is definitely shrinking , i was 38 size an now 35, I’m incorporated Weight training moderate to little heavy lifting, and as results of 10 pounds extra of muscle,.
The way I’m doing keto and fasting is not difficult for me now, only the two first weeks was very difficult because I was Addicting to carbs and sugars, now I’m getting macros balanced at 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs, calories intake 2000 daily, also I love drinking bulletproof coffee and collagen protein, all Types of berries, and vegetables, nuts and cheese.
I feel great, no brain fog, great mod, lighter but 5 times more stronger, been on ketosis is super great positive feeling, in my 20s i was available to bench press 315 pounds, in my 30s i can’t pick up that Weight only 240 , im in my 40s and im come back with new power due to my new life style since two months ago, and now i can bench press 320 pounds six repts.
