Well, isn’t that just neat! Without testing, I won’t be able to tell if I’m truly in ketosis, so for all I know it could just be daily fluctuations, but it still feels pretty good.

After completely crapping the bed last week, I got back on the horse. A trip to Costco really helped. It’s so much easier to eat keto when I can grab and go from home to work. Less eating downtown temptations - just grab some chicken thighs from Mercantinos and add them to my lunch. Boom!

Carbed it up yesterday, and don’t regret it. I did feel puffy this morning though. Today it’s back to keto. Bought The Keto Diet book to get some more menu ideas. I really struggle with taste - if it’s dry or has an aftertaste, I won’t eat it.
Tomorrow will be full on Thanksgiving feast and I’m ok with that. Then back to keto for next week.
Will up my walks with the cat and more water.
