Took it easy over the summer. Scale is moving down, albeit slowly. Still fasting a few work days, but not all. Will be buckling down in September. In the meantime, I eat very dirty keto.
Oh and I started making chaffles. Oh, have mercy!

Another slow couple of weeks, but not less grateful for the drop. Stampede is upon us, and while I don't plan on eating my way through the next 10 days, I will be partaking in mini donuts. This is planned in advance along with the subsequent 18:6 fasting for the 3 days after.
In other news, I cleaned out my closet and packed up 7 boxes of clothes, including brand new suits that I was sad to see go. I'm in between two sizes now, and I find I play head games with myself, sometimes doubting I'm the smaller size, and preferring to wear the bigger size. This results in spending the rest of the day tugging at my pants or shorts to keep them up.
