I’m 36 years old and a father of 3 + 1 on the way! I’ve been packing on the pounds over the years as life gets busy and I have unwillingly achieved the “dad-bod”. I’m also a full time business owner and as a result of poor food choices / fast food eating My doctor has put me on blood pressure meds and my body not only shows the signs of my diet but I can feel my weight slowing me down and aching. I found FS and have shared it with my friends and family and I’ve found it to be not only a great calorie tracker but a great way to have accountability over my food choices. It’s a new year and I’ve made the choice to get serious this year and see some real results!
