Top 10 Fattiest Chain Breakfasts
Yikes! One breakfast with all the calories I eat in one day now. No wonder we're probably the fattest, sickest people on the planet. Just over a year ago I was eating like that dude from Man Vs Food. Well, almost that bad. I still have issues with cleaning my plate when I shouldn't. I have to stay away from places that serve blintzes now... my breakfast poison of choice before my new WOE.

GREEN TEA?!
I switched from coffee to green tea and I am definitely losing belly fat, but it's probably due more to my cutting way down on refined carbs and sugars. I like Whole Foods' organic cranberry pomegranate green tea. It gives it just enough of a fruity taste to make it more palatable than plain green tea.

Cilantro.... love it or hate it??
Love it! They use a bunch of fresh cilantro on the tacos at my favorite stand at the farmers market. I always thought cumin was the spice of choice on tacos, but cilantro is so much better. Cumin actually smells like BO to me.

MomofTwo, those are really cute ideas. The heck with the kids, I might do a variation of those for myself!
an00bis, the small cereal boxes sound like a pretty good idea too. Or maybe some trail mix packs or bars if I can find them in really small sizes.
