Today, the first full day of Spring 2021, was an extremely busy day for me. I walked my dogs for an hour and before that did yard work for two hours. Additionally, I got in 19,406 steps. I will weigh in tomorrow and hope inflammation doesn't get me on the scale. I do feel good that I did workout like that.

Trying to get back on the wagon. I follow the Noom diet and was doing well. Unfortunately, I lost my job, had to stop the program, and fell into bad habits. Luckily, I didn't gain as much weight as I thought. Still no job, lost of good a master's degree and 3 decades of experience is doing, but I'm trying to focus on there plan.

it's been awhile since I weighed myself. I haven't since the lockdown. I can't believe I gained 20 pounds!
