I didn't bother posting dinner last night...we decided to have an eat out night, & had Papa Murphy's pizza and I way overate and got sick 🤢.
Tonight's dinner is way better. Cheesy Flounder Florentine, and Mediterranean Veggies. 664cal.

In the hotel day 2. I decided to splurge and get Applebee's (well, it's on my corporate card, so I guess my employer is splurging).
12oz Ribeye with grilled onions, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a House Salad. The nutrition info from Applebee's says this is all told 1020cal. I feel really really full, and not in a good way. I haven't eaten this much red meat in a long time, and it's sitting pretty heavy. I wish I'd chosen something else.

Trip week so eating in the hotel room. Panera Fuji Apple Salad (sans chicken) and a Frontega Chicken Sandwich. I'm claiming the 1310cal from the nutrition labels, but it's less because I took the chicken off the salad.

Marinated Tuna Steak, Asparagus with Feta & Oregano, & (not shown) a garden salad w/ Italian dressing. Believe it or not, 432cal.
Also took two walks and light calisthenics done today, so I'm feeling pretty good about my CICO today.
