Today begins my new journey, I fell off for 8 months because I lost my job and gained 10 lbs back... I did really well with Weight Watchers, so I am hoping I can get back on track.

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! I have been doing good I think.... its really hard for me to stick to my diet on the weekends when we are all at home together... I have to supress my urges to stand in the pantry and look for snacks. Then cooking for everyone and not being able to eat it is pretty rough. well only 5 days to go... hope everyone is doing well.

I am sitting at my desk eating my Malt-O-Meal Plain.. GRRR, I brought brown rice and snow peas for lunch, I do feel better though knowing that I am getting back on track.. here we go, DAY 1

OK, SO ITS BEEN LIKE 3 MONTHS, AND I AM BACK, HAD SOME TRAGEDY-- HUBBY LEFT FOR 2 WEEKS I GUESS TO EXPLORE THE SINGLE LIFE, HE JUST WALKED OUT... BUT HE IS BACK NOW...(GUESS IT WASNT WHAT IT WAS CRACKED UP TO BE) NEEDLESS TO SAY I FELL OFF MY DIET AND EXERCISE ROUTINE... AND I AM READY TO BEGIN AGAIN, I WAS DOWN TO 233, AND NOW BACK UP TO 240.5 GRRR, KIND OF P.O'ED AT THAT. WELL TODAY IS A NEW DAY.... HERE WE GO AGAIN......
