Gosh this has been a Hard 12 days...it seemed like all I wanted to do is EAT!!!
Does that happen to anybody else? I didn't want anything in particular ...I just wanted FOOD!!
I really struggled and I am aiming for a better week this time. Any pointers from those that have been there...please send them my way:)

I finally got my 10% key chain and my 25 pound weight. I was so excited...I know that sounds crazy but I have done this "diet" thing over and over...to finally find something that is working and changing my life makes me want to shout it from the rooftops.
So yes, I proudly display my keychain for the world to see!!
