I had kind of a rough day. I went for a blood draw this morning and the nurse jabbed me so hard that I came extremely close to passing out. Work was challenging, and my hubby’s work is challenging so he is cranky and staying at work late. I had whole wheat spaghetti and spinach for dinner. There’s more on my mind but I’m trying to stay positive. Maybe if I get a couple things done I can go look at the stars with my telescope. 🔭

It’s always bothered me that my garmin measures distance on a treadmill/elliptical/adaptive motion trainer incorrectly. Recently I figured out how to correct activities (and how to add activities that I didn’t track). It wasn’t hard, but I think I never read the instruction manual due to its extreme length, so I’m happy to learn this new information. Well, I gotta get ready for hubby’s beach yoga class.
