I have found an app that will count my steps. Yesterday I logged 2,680 steps. I was proud of myself. Now that included the steps taken in the 25 minutes I was on the treadmill at the gym. Going to try to hit 2,800 steps today. Fingers crossed.

Down another pound. YEAH ME!!!! Glad to see a little bit of progress. Just wish it were more but I will take what I get. At least the scales are going down and not up. :)
