1/2 meals today. Pesto and tomato on toast. Two tinned peach halves with full fat Greek yogurt (4 spoonfuls), cinnamon and pumpkin & sunflower seeds. Black coffee. Have a good day everyone.

Last week was messy. Definitely did not average 1500 cals daily or complete daily exercise goals. Although I did a few days. However did meal plan and have planned for this week too so overall feeling organised and optimistic.
Goal: eat less (and things I like only) & move more
