hi all hpoe your all doing ok. as you can see i've not been on here for a good while now. and as you can see by my chart i have lost but its not down to any fat smash or working out its due to stress, which is not a good way to loose weight. i hope to get my life sorted out and eat healthy again but at the min i'm not in a good frame of mind. just thought i'd let you all know hope all your lives are going ok,this part of my life has made me realise it doesnt matter what shape and size you are as long as your happy and are in good health. take care all and i will be back on when i feel the time is right.

as you can all see i'm back to square one with my weight, i could make a million excuses but bascily i just havent followed the diet at al for the last few weeks and now i'm back at my pre smashing weight. i dont feel motivated at the moment to start phase 1 again, but i dont like how i'm feeling with my weight and shape. i havent exercised either so thats not hepling. i will need to set my goals again and get motivated. hope you are all doing well x

today is my last day on bad food. i'm starting phase 1 again tomorrow and hopefully i might loose a few pounds for my weekend away next week. had a girls night out last night and drank far too much alcohol so i wont miss that next week . got a huge hangover dont expect any sympathy tho it was all self inflicted (but worth it )let you all know how i get on next week. i'm not looking forward to choclate cravings but who cares i know i'll feel better for it.
