Well, I tried a lowfat, organic cottage cheese and took my chance because I needed a new flavor. It didn't pan out as great as I'd thought it might. It had some kind of bean in it wich added additional starch. Oh well, I'll try again next phase with the real stuff. I've only got 3 more days. I'll be happy so long as I stabilize in the 130's somewhere. I was considering an apple day, but I would need to extend this phase out a little longer if I did. They say if you do an apple day in the last week of P2 that you should add 1-2lbs onto your actual last weight. Sort of defeats the purpose. Any suggestions?
