I like food and chocolate.
I tried keto for a year but my health issues didn't improve, so now I'm back, and trying to eat more healthy overall.
Less carbs and sugar. I only use honey from time to time.
More fiber, protein, healthy fats, fruit, and probiotic food (Greek yogurt).
I also take some supplements: Vitamin D, Omega 3, Zinc, and probiotics.
