Delicious, extremely filling, and healthy.
1 tbsp Coconut oil / olive oil
200g chopped Spinach
100g chopped Kale
Pinch of Salt
2 Medium eggs
25-50g of shredded cheese
1 Middle Eastern Flatbread
100g of diced protein (you can use any protein you like, like ham/turkey/chicken/etc. I read that organ meat is very healthy, so that's why I use Liver pate.)
Instructions:
Oil, spinach, kale, and salt in a wok/frying pan on medium high.
Add eggs, mix until everything feels thicker.
Add the protein, and cheese, mix until melted. Add everything to the flatbread, and fold.
