This morning, what I eat was just bread and a nigerian food called akara, which is basically fried beans made into little balls. It's very hot here in oregon so i just drank a lot of water. if i had to estimate the calories it would probably be 300 cal, or less.

I really just want to be able to run without getting so out of breath. I am 15 years old, and when ever we have to run in PE i hate it. I am actually happy because now I don't get that tired. On monday we had to run a mile in under 13 min and I did it. I can't say it was easy but i encourage myself to keep going. I want to lose so much weight and I an hoping I can find supportive people here who will help me.
