Hey everybody well I went to the gym tonight after work & I did 500 crunches with 60 pounds then I did my water resistance class for an hour & then I came home & did my 56 minutes of cardio that I didn't do this morning. I am so tried I could pass out. I'm off to take a shower & go to bed so I can get up & do it all over again.

Good morning everyone. Well I have been working my butt off so far this week. I am a little disappointed in myself because for 2 days so far this week my alarm has not gone off & I have missed my 1 hour cardio workout in the morning. I have to figure something out. But I am making it to the gym. On the morning that I missed my cardio workout I just do a little extra at the gym at night. I have a goal that I am trying to reach. In the first week of July I am going on vacation with my family to a water park & for the first time in 14 years I do not want to feel uncomfortable or out of place. So my goal is to lose at least 45 more pounds. I would like to weigh no more than 180 pounds when it's time for my vacation. I would prefer 170 but I don't know if 55 pounds is an attainable goal or not. I have 80 days left to do this. If anyone has any suggestions that could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. I am feeling great. I can't believe how much weight is just falling off of me. I did an hour of cardio this morning & now I am off to the gym to do a hour of weightlifting.

I'm so tired after last nights workout at the gym. I increased my reps per set & went up in weight on some of my exercises. Went I left the gym last night I had muscle failure which they say is a good thing. I'm glad I have the next 2 nights off from the gym. I'll be back in there Sunday hitting it hard again. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
