Lost focus after my knees gave out on me about two weeks ago, but I'm back in business now. Didn't lost weight, but didn't gain either. Yes! 12 more pounds to go before thanks giving and I will have lost the 20 lbs I wanted to loose before the holidays begin.

My cravings are getting stronger and I'm feeling guilty, glad I'm losing weight but thinking how much better it could be if I were to eat right all the time and run 30min and exercise 6 days a week at least, I will be on a routine by the end of the year.

OK, not sure if I did a complete food entry for September 23, but I felt guilty and horrible. My family decided to go to universal city walk way. We all had Yogurtland, and my daughters were allowed to fill a bag of candy to the first line at this huge candy store. So all the while I was in this very tempting place, I was craving sweets. So we finally get home. I break down and eat two peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. The sad thing is that I didn't stop there I ate about 4 pieces of my daughter's candy. When I woke up and weighed myself I was so surprised to be under the 190s, that let me know that it is not OK to cheat myself, but nobody is perfect and it takes time to form a habit and to break one so I will continue to strive to break my bad habits and replace them with good ones no matter how many times I fail.

Last night I did it again, I had rice. but I am still happy about my portion control, I only had one serving and I was actually satisfied.
