The best weekend ever!!!!!! I did good yesterday with my diet because i knew SuperBowl sunday ws going to be brutal and I was right! I do not regret it though!!! I had fun!!! But it's back to the drawing board tomorrow!!!

I have been doing fairly well!!!! Today is day 5 of my detox but the kids wanted chinese food. I ate a little bit of fries and some chicken wings! I know not good. However, I Did have broccoli with brown rice so I think that saved me a little. I have been keeping up with my exercise so I think that is a big plus! I'm dreading superbowl Sunday and 2morrow night I'm going out 4 my BFF birthday! So I'm going 2 the gym early and going e go hard! Hopefully that will help.

Damn this weather!!!!! I'm in the house with all of these goodies! I went off the diet and had a sandwich but whole wheat slices bread. The bad part was the keebler peanut butter filled cookies. 5 at that!!!!! U won't believe how manny calories that is!!!! But I'm going 2 make it up the rest of the day so I have to do an intense workout!

I have been eating bad foods but not overdoing it! I just need to learn to incorporate more veggies into my meals. However I have lost 2lbs thanks to me being faithful to my workout! My goal is to eat healthy this whole weekend!
