I worked out Saturday and Sunday which makes today my rest day! I ate well which is a major plus for me on the weekends! I don't log my food and exercise bc I log in on my app called myfitnesspal. Love that app. It's also a website. It keeps track of my calorie that I eat!

I have been very bad! I have been celebrating my bday foe two weeks! And let's just say, I will hate to get on the scale right now!

I'm doing good so far! Learning how to eat healthy andnot deprive myself of the food I want to eat. My workout schedule is a like hectic! But I had fun Rock climbing on Saturday! Have to do that again!
