WRONG DIRECTION FOR SCALE MOVEMENT.
NOT SURPRISED.
THIS WEEK WILL BE 'BETTER.'
FOCUSING MORE ON EATING MINDFULLY

I can feel my 'ATTENTION LEVEL' WANING...
I think
it's TIME FOR ME TO 'IDLE' and BE STILL.

Emotions are the glue that connects you to other people and gives meaning to life.
