Exercise your POWER.
It is YOURS.
FREE YOURSELF FROM

JUDGMENT.
ONLY YOU
HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND EMOTIONS.
This can ONLY be done by dealing with [and reprogramming] your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND.

that's a BIG STEP TO TAKE

That one of - MOVING FROM 'being your own worst critic', TO being the 'joyful, accepting, love-filled being' that
YOU ARE. [and that YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE...]
When you meet someone for the first time,
they will subconsciously make a number of judgments about you, as a person
– [whether they mean to or not.]
It’s a major part of how human beings interact;
and yet,
most of us don’t realize it.
So
don't consciously TRY to AVOID JUDGMENT.
For,
in doing so,
you are focusing on IT
,
[and FEEDING IT ENERGY - CAUSING IT TO MULTIPLY AND GROW.]
NOTHING
is
completely
BLACK or WHITE.
RESIDE in
the space of
POSSIBILITIES.
...OF
YOUR INFINITE CHOICE.
REVEL IN YOUR AWARENESS.
BE HAPPY.
YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR REALITY TO MATCH YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME.
Set your intentions, then GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY, and
LET THE UNIVERSE DO ITS JOB.
The law of nature does NOT like it when
'what we think'
does NOT match
'what we see and experience'
[and
It will do EVERYTHING It can, to align Itself, and create harmony.
]
JUST
GO WITH THE FLOW OF YOUR INNATE ENERGY.
FIND IT.
ACTIVATE IT.
LIVE AND BREATHE IT.
BE IT.
LIVE FOR YOUR DIVINE 'SELF'!
YOU ARE MEANT TO
BE GREATNESS.

Gained a few pounds this past month.
No judgments.
No stress.
Just stating a fact [as a mere observer].
I have been practicing '
mindful eating
' and weighing in every month.
My weight has stabilized in a way I never DREAMED would be possible for ME.
Once you give yourself 'permission'
[and
ALLOW yourself to have ANYTHING YOU WANT
]
the 'thrill' is gone.
The desire to 'cheat' with a 'forbidden' food, dissipates.
This means you can RECLAIM YOUR POWER.
YOU
have removed the volatility of the 'foods-in-question'
and
THEY CANNOT CONTROL YOU ANY LONGER.

any dream
