Kinda went crazy this weekend.Sort of a last yoorah before I started my challenge this week. Man o man what was I thinking I am bloated and feel like the 6 lbs the scale told me I gained is slapping me in the face. I am so bloated with water weight my rings dont fit and my shoes are tight.
Well this is the day my life changed for the better!!!!!
I will record my foods and get my booty moving.
