Haven't followed any good food eating for the week, lost the use of my computer and everything to sh*t, now I am back let's see how this will go

Well all that Chinese food over the weekend played havac on my system, gained a little weight and I am drinking plenty of water to flush my system. Eating normal today, watching very closely.
I decided to follow a low carb diet, tried Atkins and it worked for a little then I would go off track cause I like to eat fresh fruit and doing Atkins it wasn't good for me.
Speaking with my Doctor and she suggest that I follow this Diabetic plan that is 1800 calories and 7 carbs (which equals 105 total carbs)I am limiting my carbs to be 50 or nomore than 80 total.....what do any of you think out there????
can I have a little feedback......working in exercise as well, enjoy your day peeps

Hello,
Well I did it again, didn't record my food and had Chinese food again. Every time I have that I feel bloated and I know it is the sodium, but we visited our Brother-In-Law who is in the Hospital not doing well at all and then my husband wanted to go to China Town in Philadelphia I couldn't resist the food is delicious so I guess I will pay the price. As long as the weight stays the same I will be fine (maybe). Being xtra careful today with the Carbs and the amount of food eaten. Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

GM everyone, well I haven't broken through the 190's yet, I have gotten away from that .8......yeah! me. I am now 5 away from getting me into the 180's.
I have been going to the gym and using the treadmill, well a couple of days ago I started to walk/run and up my speed and it seems to be working. I would one day like to do a 3k so I need to get in shape and make sure I can finish. When I run I do it for just a little while then as I am confortable I will increase it little by little.
Feel really good today and have lots of energy....getting ready for a long 12 hour day at work this means no exercise today, food watch most deffinetly....have a good day all
