I was going to change to another diet yesturday. It was this one I found on the computer,but I had found it to be hard than it looked. You were to have only fruit and veg. no caffine and no sweetner, also oatmeal plain for breakfast! I don't think so nasty. You did this for nine days. So I made it tell 4:00pm and then it was all over with when cookies where offered. I was not full enough to say no to them. I will stick to the south beach diet from now on.

I cheated today had four krystal's. My stomcah hurts from all the carb. Whoa I was bad!!

Doing very well I went to the grocery store and got more veg. and some trukey breast lunch meat. I also bought some suger free fudge bars. I'm not sure if my body can handle the splenda. It has given me gas. Nasty! Does anyone know if that will be ok and will my body ever just get used to the splenda? Well sorry to ask such a bad Q But I hope someone can help me to know if it ok to keep eating it or to stop.

I have not lost a lot of weight this week hope for a better week coming. I might even change diet plans. I have read some on this fat smash and I think that sounds great way to lose. Someone let me know if it is faster!
