well....rough day [yesterday] didn't really eat much. im blaming it on the lack of sleep, feeling well, and lack of money.

A few days in....and well, not going the greatest, but then again not too bad either, could be worse. Choose to get soup instead of fast food for dinner at work yesterday because I didn't bring a lunch (I really need to start doing that).
Biggest weakness so far: Kool-Aid...and I don't drink anything with aspartame in it so there goes the no sugar idea....I think I'll just have to make sure not to buy it anymore
Goals: Eat the fruit I bought and eat more vegetables!

I have decided today to (re)start a journey that I've attempted numerous times previous. What differs this time? Nothing really except a new job at a pool/fitness centre where I have free access to work out and it is quite motivating actually! Also the diet I am on provides food and now that I am working I'll have more incentive to bring a lunch and eat it!
