Today I just started. My current weight is approx 255 with a size 24 - 26. I would like to weigh 125, and have a lots of energy so that I can keep up with my nieces and be able to get down and play with them.

My eating habits have gone from loving junk food to barely eating at all because I found out I have a gluten intolerance and I am finding it very hard to find foods that I like. I love pasta but the gluten free pasta tastes aweful, I love breads but again rice bread and gluten free bread is aweful and just breaks into crumbs. I have been eating a lot of lettuce with nuts but I am tiring of this and I have started skipping meals so that I don't have to worry about eating foods I don't like. This I know is not healthy and is going to cause serious health problems in the future (and the near future I'm afarid)
Time to change and get healthy.
