Tofu takes on sauces very well. Try firm or very firm tofu - squeeze all water out and fry up. Could be with veggies and butter or soy sauce. Or. potatoes, onions and peppers. Lots of recipes for your tastes. Or you can buy tofu pre-seasoned and pre-squeezed. These are quite good for sandwiches or cut into small squares to fry up. I like to fry up in air fryer - squeeze moisture out and then dip in soy, sesame oil and a touch of lemon and then cook in air fryer. Or. you can buy it puffed up and browned in various shapes. I like these in soups.
