HELP!
Thanks to everyone! Now that I am better informed I will adjust my routine accordingly.
My friend lost a ton of weight by eating very little but eating. Its been about 5 months now and she's managing to keep it off somehow. I believe she was a little bigger than me. So I thought that was the way to go.

HELP!
My calculated RDI on this site is 1400. I'm 213 lbs, 5'8", 31. So the best thing is to reach that 1400. I thought that was a bit much.

@beware5289 that's exactly what I'm consuming. I did eat alot of fast food out of convenience. I see what your talking about. My thought was all wrong! I try to exercise 4-5 days out the week wearing a sauna suit.
