Saturday...
Rode 26 miles today on the W&OD with my husband. It was 43 degrees out when we started and only got up to 50. We rode at an average pace of 7.7 mph with a total trip time of 4 hours and 20 minutes, including the lunch stop. Wanting to get a better work out I took my heavy cruiser instead of my road bike.

Friday...
Rode 26.2 miles today at a pace of 12mph. The temps starting out was about 32 but warmed up to about 54. It was a 16 miles group ride but when we got back it was so nice out that I decided to ride down to meet my husband for lunch and then ride back up the Custis hills giving me more miles and a little hills training on the side!!

Wednesday...
Weight is up slightly but not to worry, I know it is from water retention!
Rode 33.3 miles today with a group from Bluemont Park to the town of Herndon and back. A much faster pace today at 13.4mph for a total trip of 3 hours and 5 minutes. The temps were in the low 50 with a wind chill in the high 40's. It wasn't too bad but my toes did get cold! I only had 2 layers on top and one layer on bottom, when the temps get colder I am going for 3 layers with hand and toe warmers :)
