It hasn't been a great year for my mental, emotional, or physical health, but it's time to pick up the pieces and get back in track. Right now, I weigh the most I ever have in my life outside of pregnancy. I'm a singer/performer, and my motivation for losing all this weight and getting in shape is that in 3 months I will be performing in Rocky Horror Picture Show. If you know this show, you know the costumes are pretty skimpy. I don't care so much what others think, I just want to feel good about myself up there on stage.
