Working from the beginning again.
Im back to being strict but allowing myself good variations of foods.
i was afraid i was gonna backslide but im fighting!
My short term goal for now is loosing 40 all together and i'm half way there.
Weigh-in:
260.1 lb
lost so far:
42.9 lb
still to go:
125.1 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

I have no idea why im hving such a hard time at night!
i was doing so great and now i feel like i cant stand it I WANT SNACKS at night!
I'm not gonna quit but i do feel upset when i get that urge nd i dont seem to be able to control it!
Anyone have any suggestions for me?

I am so bummed out for the small weight gain.
i went away for my cousins 50th birthday weekend and it was all paid for and i had no say so in the food options
i have not had a hard time during the day but at night? holy cow!!
I wanna get back 100% and i am staying in my food rdi, except yesterday at night.
Im a night owl, i wake up about 10:30 - 11:30 have breakfast maybe nibble here and there but its good not high calorie foods. I try to eat dinner with my family in the evening but that almost feels like my lunch!
so at night i'm so hungry or having as "I want foods"
today im going to the grocery store to get some food and see what i can find.
still i have to get back at it i really wanna keep loosing!!!!!

I'm very discouraged today.
I waited all week before weighing and when i got on the scale today it said i only lost 1.4 pounds.
i weighed and measured all my food so i don't get it.
i know there are plateaus but this soon? 2 weeks in?
Im obviously going to keep at it but i am discouraged.
