I, of course, fell off the bandwagon in January .... I'd blame it on school but you can't blame it on anything but getting lazy. On Monday I weighed in at 254 but after a day of shakes and then 2 cleansing days, but i'm back down to 246 ... so thats a few steps in the right direction.
I will get this down .. eventually.

I started a new diet on the 5th of December called Isagenix. Its a 'lifestyle change' as opposed to a diet and starts out with a really strange 9 day cleanse to cleanse your body of any and all toxins and other harmful things.
After being addicted to Diet Coke to the point where i was drinking about 8 large ones a day, I am no longer drinking ANY (120 oz of water a day) and no caffeine intake, etc. I literally only consume liquid that consists of water or the sahkes that I drink in the morning and evening. Otherwise the meals are healthy and I feel so much better. My rest is better and I am more energetic and friendly.
If you can afford this diet (its expensive) and have the self discipline to follow the 9 day cleanse, its really a great thing.
I lost 14 pounds (toxin pounds, not fat pounds) in those first 9 days and I feel great and can already see it. :)
