65 kgs.but not feeling well, I had very bad viral fever, the fever is gone, I have been exercising, taking my regular batches but I have muscle loss and have fat gain!! I still feel weakness, and have an annoying cough , keeps me up at night no matter what I do.
But I have to keep working, conducting group classes at my gym.
What I need is a holiday on the beach in Goa!! south Goa, where the people are scarce and the sun shines bright!!

My weight is the same today, but I'm not very happy as I think I'm losing muscle by IF. 🤔

IF has kept my weight stable at 65.3 lbs. I need to eat enough carbs for weight loss. I do resistance training and some weightlifting but I have to increase it a little more to lose weight. Overall I'm happy. Being over 50 and being a fitness trainer has it's own challenges. I train others but get tired quickly if I train myself too much, for one thing!! I keep losing muscle mass really quickly and strength!! If anyone has any advice for me I'm happy to take it! So bring it!!

Home made mixed vegetable pickles, carrot, cauliflower,cucumber! Goes well with steak or grill chicken
