Didn't do good this weekend
Had a bad weekend! 2 major papers due, 20 year high school reunion and worked crazy hours, needless to say I did not eat correctly all weekend!
And I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday!!! OK its time for me to get back on track!

Hi Queen. I have been doing intervals
I can't run or jog because I have a bad knee but I start of with 5 minutes of walking at 2.5 and then I do what I love to do hike
I go between 15 incline at 3mph (its the highest mph I can do right now without making my knee hurt) and then back down to 6 incline at 2.5 and then to .5 incline at 2.5-3.0 then I go back up 15 at 3mph, I continue this for the whole hour.
I'm going to follow your advice for the weights because I really did not know what to do I'm going to give the reps a try, thanks!

Gym Gym Gym
Well it seems like I am sticking to the gym (thanks to my partner who is forcing me to go everyday!) I lost a lb and I hope to see another 1 drop soon! I've been doing the treadmill for about an hour and then doing a little weight training (only 10 minutes) on average I'm burning 600 to 700 calories. Any suggestions on anything else I should be doing?

I was wondering if anyone had any advice on these 2 issues:
1. What should I eat right before going to the gym?
2. This is for anyone that works odd hours, how do you manage dinner time? I'm juggling 3 jobs and grad school. Last night I added gym time so I did not get home until 10:00pm and had dinner then (i did not want to eat right before I went to the gym fearing that I would get a stomach ache on the treadmill). Is 10:00pm too late to be eating dinner? Will it ruin the hard work I put into my diet and workout?
