Meat Weight before or after cooking?
That is absolutely true Sweetlot, when you cook ground beef fat and water will be released and thus weigh less, but the USDA who does studies on nutrition information and the companies who put the nutrition facts on meat measure the nutritional value before the meat is cooked.

Meat Weight before or after cooking?
So pasta should be measured/weighed before cooking, not after. If you think about it there will be a ton of water absorbed by the pasta after cooking it affecting the weight.
Meat should also be weighed before you cook it.

Plateau-ing! What do I do?
I hear it's really cool to eat 400 calories a day. You will definitely keep all of the weight you lost off all the way through your 30s.
Side Note: You misspelled consume-ing in your profile.
