plan so far seems to be working. Been using the biggest loser UK DVD. following the training plan in it. Last week was 3 times a week, this week is a few times more. Also got my kettlebell dvd... and my kettlebells ... i could barely lift the lightest one! but my plan is to do the kettlebell at least 3 times a week too (its 5 workouts each 10 mins so can easily fit into any time and change the workout to suit the time I have). Plan is also to do swimming three times a week. Which for someone that has done very little exercise in the past and could barely walk the length of themselves is a good thing :)
Its hard but will be worth it in the end, and the BL dvd is actually quite fun... which was a bit unexpected - if nothing else I am learning some martial art moves :) Not that I need them - anyone tries to attack me I got 4 kettlebells that would knock them out LOL ;)

doing better than expected :) not hungry on diet and actually struggling to use calories. I have elected to avoid certain things I am addicted to like chocolate. Sticking to my exercise plan too though its a struggle feels good once its done :)
Strange because have eaten out this week too - so very happy about the weight loss :) will see how the next week goes. :) :) :)

day one of diet and its going ok so far :) wee bit worried about the counting calories side but with my calorie bible for uk its getting there :)

I had enough of the weight, the being out of breath, the struggling to do the simplest of things. My feet kill me because of my weight, I have thyroid problems accenuated by the weight, i often need an inhaler when walking a large distance or if its cold outside. I am tired of shopping in the 'big shops'. I hate my reflection in the mirror. I am confident until I look at the person in there. I have had it with the weight!!
I want to take back control. I WILL take back control. 2012 is going to see a healthier and thinner me. This time I WILL succeed!!! I have to!!!
I WILL SUCCEED!!!
.... but I am starting on Monday ;)
