down 3 lbs....woo hoo...I think my scale is broken...however I was sick for 2 days and didn't eat much. Still, it's a loss and I'll take it!!!

well, done pretty good so far this week... Although I am going into the weekend... hubby/weekend circumstances do not help at all... I work out of the house on Thursdays, so Thursday is my eating day..., but Fri, Sat and Sun DON'T have to be...I need to break this habit of food bingeing Thurs-Sun.... I need help (or maybe just a separaration from hubby) LOL!! Wish me luck

well, here I am...back on track after a long and challenging weekend! I don't do well on the weekends because the hubby is home and eats all weekend... naturally when he and the kids eat, I want to eat too. But it is Monday now and time for a fresh week!!!
