Hi, I'm a divorced 54 year old and been over weight since my 1st child in my mid 20's. I have tried diet after diet. Lose then gain even more back. I became a T2 Diabetic and have been battling my sugar for the last 6 years. In the later part of last year I was diagnosed with A fib so my Cardiologist wanted me to look into weight loss surgery. On February 26th I had the Gastric Sleeve done. I am feeling great. Only problem I'm having is getting 64 ounces of water a day. It's not that I don't like water, it's just that I get busy and a couple hours go by and I'll realize I hadn't had my water. But it doesn't help that I'm only suppose to sip instead of just taking a swallow. Very frustrating. I'll be happy to take any suggestions. Well enough about me, I hope to be able to get to know everyone and share in your ups and downs and maybe pick up a few recipes along the way. :))
