Ok, so I've been working with a personal trainer for the last three months, and I've definitely lost weight...and inches! It's very exciting, but I, being an American, want some more instant gratification. I don't want to make excuses for my eating or for not doing cardio anymore! I want to hold myself accountable for what I eat and I want help. And I need to get back to doing cardio three times a week. That, plus lifting three times a week...I should be able to meet my goal, right?! :)
So here's to an early New Year's Resolution. 2010 will be the first of many healthy years!
