Well birthday well and truly over🎂. Someone made me a beautiful cake, so had to eat it, rude not to. So back at it yet again. Still training for a marathon in 4 weeks so no silly dieting allowed. Well here we go. Xx

🙄🙄🙄🙄 Whoops that's what happens when you take your eyes off the scales. Hey HO will try to behave all week but my bestie is visiting next weekend to celebrate my 50th. So CAKE (has to be done). Still feeling good though, but would like to a wee bit skinnier.
