A nice Top Sirloin steak off the grill smothered in mushrooms and onions sauteed in garlic and a nice pinot noir with just a splash of terriyaki sauce paired with some brussel sprouts! Dinner was fabulous if I do say so myself!

Not even sure how this is possible!! Checked it 3 times! Didn't eat much but protein bars yesterday and was pretty active, but still....
