So with Christmas just round the corner, going off track slightly with the healthy eating etc however I am feeling quite proud with what I've achieved so far. Just a few months ago, I struggled to walk the 25 minutes home after work without having to stop because I was in so much pain with my feet due to my weight. I can now happily walk to and from work, and regularly walk to supermarkets/shops after. I'm not out of breath going up the stairs anymore, and the pains in my feet have all bit disappeared. Although I'm not seeing the results yet, I am definitely feeling the benefits of my current 50lbs in total loss. I honestly don't think I would've been able to stick with it without this app so thank you to everyone for your kind comments and encouraging words over recent months. Trying to be good until Christmas so I can enjoy some delicious food, and then gain control in the new year again. Thank you to you all for your support x

So I got really disheartened during my last weigh in when I put some on despite having done my best and have since done shockingly bad with food if I'm being honest. I've lost my motivation to continue with it completely, and just feel really down about myself and my weight. Can't seem to kick my arse out of my funk this time, usually I have a day or two off and back on it but I've had the week off and feel crap because of it, but also haven't cared that much at the same time which is confusing. Throw in a few shit days at work and it's the perfect excuse not to bother. But I want to try again and gain some control over myself and my eating habits. I'm noticing some patterns recently so hopefully can keep on top of it this time. Anyway, sorry for the essay just needed to whinge I guess 🥺
